This week is an opportunity to explore the potential movement of the pelvis and low back in sitting. This is handy because we sit a HUGE amount.
As you explore, remember to go gently and easily. We all do have different situations. For example, someone who has had back fusion will not have the same available movement and if they try to force that movement, they risk causing injury at a level above or below the fusion. So respect yourself and what you know about your situation. Also keep all movement within a VERY COMFORTABLE range.
