I'm Cynthia Allen. And I will be your guide in these lessons. While my career began in healthcare, my love of body-mind practices was always part of my own personal exploration.

When my own chronic pain seemed overwhelming 20+ years ago, the Feldenkrais Method® gave me the tools to personally become aware and leave suffering behind. Since then, I have worked with thousands of people with seeking solutions to pain and injury or just plain ready to grow and evolve. I have taken extensive training on helping people reach their full potential through somatic approaches.

As a Feldenkrais® Practitioner, a senior trainer in Movement Intelligence, co-creator of Integral Human Gait theory and creator of Better Back, I know what goes into healing.

I hope you will dive into this program. It's a unique opportunity to open a new chapter in your relationship with your body.

Frequently Asked Questions


When does the course start and finish?
This mastery course does have a start and end date. But you can work within your own pace and start and finish whenever you like. Video conferences will be recorded and made available (as the technology gods allow) for replay latter.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does three years sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! This is a Master Course where we invest in you for 10 to 12 weeks (well really much longer because you will continue to get updates and be a part of the community discussions). If you do the same by doing the work, and don't find improvement within 30 days after the program ends, we will refund your money in full. We don't promise that you will be pain free with full function at the end of the program. We do promise you will have improvement and be well on your way.
