Why Haven’t I Received My Course Emails?

We send out reminder emails prior to any live sessions or upcoming events and it is important not to miss any time-sensitive information or changes to the schedule. 

In the event that you do not receive any course correspondence following your purchase, please look over the troubleshooting information below:


  • Verify that the email account you are using to log in is the same one linked to your YLB membership purchase. If you have multiple emails, it’s possible you entered a different email address when you registered for Your Learning Body. We will send all correspondence to whichever email you entered when you registered. Additionally, ensure that there haven’t been any spelling errors when entering your email address during registration.

  • Check your spam folder, junk mail, and Gmail promotions tab to locate any misplaced emails.

  • Mark our emails as “Not spam”, add us to your whitelist, and move them to your inbox.

  • Confirm that you have not unsubscribed or opted out of receiving emails from Future Life Now.
