How to do a lesson:

  • Have a small stack of hand towels as a support or a small firm pillow to place under your head as needed.
  • Seated lessons will best be done in a firm chair that does not roll.
  • Go very slowly.
  • Pause the lesson as needed to give yourself time.
  • Move within your own comfortable range.
  • Do NOT push or strain. You will get more benefits by doing less.
  • Try to let go of doing the movements the “right” way.
  • Be curious and enjoy the changes.
  • Follow any healthcare restrictions you have been given.

About Erifily Nikolakopoulou

Erifily Nikolakopoulou always had a keen interest in movement.

Allowing her curiosity to lead the way, she slowly migrated from more extrovert and visual oriented aspects of movement like dance and performing to more subtle and educational methods, getting certified under scholarship both as a yoga teacher from Kripalu (MA, USA) and then as a Feldenkrais practitioner (Basel IV).

Currently, her path has lead her to focus on meditation studying under scholarship in Shinzen Young’s Basic Mindfulness program.

She lives and teaches weekly lessons in Athens, Greece and travel around Europe teaching workshops on Feldenkrais, Yoga & movement.
