Thanks @Susan Windgassen. You can be mostly motivated by pain in Phase 1 and 2. That starts to shift in Phase 3 for sure. And of course no one wants pain and discomfort. They are indeed big motivators.

@Tina Flotemersch – that is a good suggestion. We will check to see if that is possible or not. Thanks!

@Kenneth Rogers  Thanks for enjoying my Pink Panther bit. I don’t get to be my goofy self very often and its is fun when I do.

Regarding your question. So there is a button to mark complete appearing but when you click it nothing happens?

@Natalie Vinokur  Between steps 2 and 3. Perfect!  BTW, you will have pain as a primary motivation in stage 2 as well. Usually that starts to shake loose in stage 3.

@Janie Corbett from France. Thanks for sharing your journey from trauma and through shiatsu and more. You are in a good place. And we can use your deep inner joy in the face of it all–a great super otter power.

How great to have you @Sherren Ceaythorne! Long computer hours are a hard on a being. Living in the body we can do. And curiosity, enthusiasm and tenacity are good superpowers.

@Kristen Barker. So nice to have you hear. And what a great place to learn to take of yourself instead of waiting until your body says enough. And otter power of joy and laughter! We all need that.

You can start another thread Laura. We are still working on how to make the forum the best it  can be so don’t worry about it appearing out of order. Thanks for the additional information. I would sure prefer you didn’t need another steroid injection so my fingers are crossed for you.
