Happy with how mine turned out. Quotes may be hard to read, but the focus on embracing change and being in the moment. 
The large house is Winterthur (in Delaware) and there is a photo of Longwood Gardens in Pennsylvania. We are currently looking for a home somewhere near the two. The “JOY” I cut from a Christmas card. Many of the cards we received this year mentioned “JOY”.
