Hello, I hope you all had a Wonderful Thanksgiving and can now settle into a peaceful Holiday Season. I am working my way through the Core Content although I feel a bit of myself in the first 5 stages along the Path probably because I have been practicing ATMs for over a year now. I found the “Pink Panther” video quite creative and funny. I chuckled throughout. The See Saw Breathing video and the Side Lying Circles very helpful. Having joined this YLB experience has strengthened my Thankfulness for having decided on a Feldenkrais path to solve my hip/glute problems.
I do have a question, but not sure which Forum to place it. I am not able to check off completion of videos beyond the first couple in the Shoulder sequence. I’m not sure why that is. Are others having the same difficulty? Ken
