I’m also new to the course. Very happy to have this resource. I’ve been DIY following online feldenkrais lessons for a while. But am very excited about this more coherent content, and the imput of Cynthia 😁
I don’t have any pain, but I always feel so much more alive,at peace and in contact with my body’s intelligence/mind/being after a feldenkrais lesson.
