I live in south of sweden but originally I’m from Finland.
Im so happy to be here and to be a part of this online community and that I found it in time before it was closed!
Feldenkrais is not totally new to me, Im studying Tomas Hannas work and soon hopefully finished as a clinical somatic educator.. the journey with somatis education started 3 years ago when I had a lot of physical pain and the yogic path seem to make it all worse when I did a weekend of somatic exploration and got hooked after that.. I really looking forward to learn more about feldenkrais, sounder sleep and bones for life.
My super otter power is that Im curious and I want to learn more and more…..:-)
