I am in Stage 1, very new to this type of online coursework & motivated by discomfort in my own body as well as difficulty with describing very well the Movement Intelligence work. I am working on the Core Content. I would like to share that I had a more relaxed sleep last night, than I have had in awhile, after listening to the Live session from Monday and completing that lesson as well as curious exploring of prior movement lessons while listening to Cynthia talk to the group before the lesson.
