I am thoroughly in Stage 1 in that I’m doing the Core Content (Shoulder 1, 2, 3) for pain relief and it’s not happening fast enough. I’m not writing just to complain but need support and, perhaps, suggestions about how to manage my bicep pain (long term chronic something) and keep going. I do intend to keep going but I’m frustrated. Please let me know if this is the right place to post this kind of thing.
